Weigh to Change is a structured program developed specifically to prevent type 2 diabetes. Trained lifestyle coaches lead the program to help you change certain aspects of your lifestyle, like eating healthier, reducing stress, and getting more physical activity.
Classes are free and open to anyone 18 years or older who have prediabetes or is high risk for prediabetes. This year-long lifestyle program will be weekly on Wednesday for 16 weeks, then 8 more monthly classes
