Cholesterol/Lipid Panel/Blood Sugar/Hgb A1C are completed by a finger poke with results in approximately 5 minutes. This point of care testing is a great screening tool to know your numbers to prevent chronic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Disease. You will receive education on disease prevention from a Nurse. The client should be fasting 9-12 hours prior to testing and appointments are required. Biometrics Screening provides Height, Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Lipid Panel, Blood Glucose, Hgb A1C and disease prevention education.
Cholesterol/Lipid Panel provides total cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), Triglycerides, LDL (bad cholesterol), Non-HDL, LDL/HDL and glucose.
Hgb A1C provides your average blood glucose over the past 2-3 months.
Footcare and Fingernail Care
A foot care and fingernail care program provided to clients who are not able to trim their own nails due to physical limitations.
Foot Care Cost: $25.00
Fingernail Care Cost: $5.00
