North Dakota Health Tracks is a preventive health program that is free for children age 0-21 who are eligible for Medicaid.  Health Tracks pays for preventative treatment.  Health Tracks also pays for orthodontics (teeth braces), glasses, hearing aids, vaccinations, counseling, and other important health services.
