Foot Care clinics are offered for those that are unable to do their nails. A registered nurse will soak, trim, and file your nails.  Foot Care clinics are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at Wahpeton Senior Center and by appointment at the Health Department. North Dakota Health Tracks is a preventive health program that is free for children age 0-21 who are eligible for Medicaid.  Health Tracks pays for preventative treatment.  Health Tracks also pays for orthodontics (teeth braces), glasses, hearing aids, vaccinations, counseling and other important health services.

In Honor of National Drug Take Back Day, Richland County Health, Project YES Coalition and Wahpeton Police are hosting a Prescription Take Back Day Event on Friday, April 27th from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Wahpeton Police Department. First Aid Class will be held May 8th, 2018 from 6:00pm-8:30pm at the Richland County Law Enforcement Center.

Located at 413 3rd Ave. N. Wahpeton, N.D.

CPR/AED Class will be held on Tuesday, My 15th 2018 from 6:00pm-8:30pm in the Richland County Law Enforcement Center.
